Deposit Bond Scheme
Where appropriate we will guarantee the deposit in the form of a written agreement. This works in the same way as a traditional cash deposit.
Tenant Finding Service
Simply what it says, we will find a suitable tenant for you at no cost.
Rent Guarantee Scheme
We will pay the rent directly to you each month for the duration of the agreement. We will also cover any void periods meaning no loss of rental income.
