LET Ipswich approached us in 2018 regarding their Deposit Bond Scheme; and whether one of our landlords would be open to accepting a tenant covered by the scheme. Fastforward 12 months and we have assisted them in finding good quality homes for a number of tenants. This is a classic example of a perfect symbiotic relationship, one that we are looking to grow over the coming years.”
